Memorial Day Weekend

Georgia had a BIG weekend! Lots of firsts. On Saturday, she met up with Mommy's childhood friend, Evan, and his family. This was Georgia's first visit to a park.

After the park, we ran into a parade! Georgia's first parade! I felt like I was back in New Orleans.


On Sunday, Mommy and Daddy took Georgia to the National Zoo for the first time. She wasn't very enthused until we bribed her with a stuffed panda.


After all of that excitement she relaxed on Memorial Day. But she included a first on Memorial Day as well...her first afternoon nap in her crib! AMAZING! It CAN be done!
